Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Hexagon Hive collects through this website and its programs, how that information is used, and the particular care applied to student information.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — for example when you request a proposal, request the program guide, book a call, or contact us. That typically includes your name, institution, role, and contact details, along with anything you choose to tell us about your students, calendar, or budget.

We also collect limited technical information generated automatically when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and general device information, used to understand how the site is used.

How we use information

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver and administer programs, and improve our materials and this website. We do not sell personal information.

Student information and media

Student information is handled under agreement with the participating institution. Student photographs, video, and finished work are only used or published where written consent is on file, and display rules for names and credits are agreed with the institution in advance.

Consent can be withdrawn. When it is, we remove the affected material from materials we control.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the site and deliver programs, and with your institution where the program requires it. We may disclose information where required by law.

Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, to meet obligations to partner institutions, and to comply with legal requirements.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual limits. Requests can be made through the contact page.

Changes

We will update this policy as our programs and systems change, and will revise the date above when we do.
