Why we exist
Leadership programs usually stop at theory.
Most leadership education asks students to read about decisions other people made. Hexagon Hive takes the opposite approach: we place students inside a demanding, collaborative professional process and let the work require leadership of them.
The organization exists to design and operate those programs — the structure, the standards, the roles, and the professional guidance that make the experience real rather than performative.
Hexagon Hive is the parent organization. Each program it runs is a different environment built on the same conviction.
