Real environments
Students step into a working professional setting with deadlines, roles, and consequences — not a simulation of one.
Hexagon Hive
Hexagon Hive creates experiential leadership and workforce-development programs that place young people inside complex, collaborative professional environments.

The approach
Hexagon Hive designs programs around complex, collaborative professional work. The rigor of the work is what develops the student.
Students step into a working professional setting with deadlines, roles, and consequences — not a simulation of one.
Decisions, delegation, and accountability are practiced daily because the work does not move forward without them.
Collaboration, communication, and professional execution transfer directly into careers and post-secondary pathways.
Programs
Professional Filmmaking Experience
Filmmaking is the environment. Leadership is the curriculum.
An 18-week leadership and workforce-development program for high school students that uses the professional filmmaking process as the experiential environment.
How the model works
We build the conditions of a real professional operation, then place students inside it.
Every student holds a defined role their peers depend on, which is where leadership becomes unavoidable.
Programs end in finished professional work, not a worksheet — evidence students can point to.
Every engagement is scoped around your cohort, calendar, and funding path. Start with a custom proposal or a conversation.
