A production cannot be finished by one person. Students have to plan, delegate, communicate, resolve conflict, and deliver — the same behaviors employers and institutions look for.
Real roles, real accountability
Students hold defined production roles with deadlines, dependencies, and standards. Leadership is exercised because the work requires it.
Professional standards
The work is held to the expectations of a working set — preparation, communication, and follow-through are evaluated, not assumed.
